Marine Superintendent
The Marine Superintendent is a field management position responsible for project execution and the financial outcome of the project.
Qualifications:
- Most importantly believe in safety and the safety of employees and be willing to accept Cajun’s strong safety culture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing marine projects with multiple rig barges and crews
- Experience in large and small pile driving, heavy rigging, and mild carpentry/concrete work
- Strong crane, rigging and safety background.
- Ability to read and understand an estimate and schedule
- Ability to make a 3 week look ahead
- Knowledge of pile splicing and welding procedures
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Understand the importance of building and maintaining a good client relationship
- Willing to train and coach employees
- Understand and believe in quality craftsmanship
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel
- Pre-employment drug screen and physical
