Overview

Overview
The Dirt and Finish Operator should be certified and have the ability to operate the following equipment when required: track hoe, rubber tire backhoe, front end loader, road grader/maintainer, bulldozer, hoe ram, ross carrier. Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment. Will be required to work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.
Responsibilities

- Read and interpret load charts
- Interpret hand signals to determine where materials are to be placed
- Perform minor maintenance or cleaning activities for tools and equipment

- Prepare, fine-tune and level surfaces to specifications

Overview
The Corporate bilingual Trainer will conduct and supervise classroom based training, and potentially computer based training, to all levels of Cajun employees (field/craft employees through supervisors/managers). Will promote the values of Cajun’s culture, emphasizing safety and quality work to achieve productivity. The role of the Corporate Trainer will be to motivate employees through learning, evaluation, audits and feedback and must demonstrate a desire and motivation to promote safety and quality in all aspects of training. Must have a strong background in heavy industrial construction and safety, with preferably 10-15 years of work experience in related fields, and at least 5 years of experience in training/teaching supported by an educational background as evidenced through certifications and/or a degree (Bachelor degree strongly preferred, commensurate experience considered). This individual must also possess substantial knowledge of OSHA and ANSI requirements in related fields. Must possess, maintain, and/or acquire certifications for necessary training as needed (such as NCCER Master Trainer, OSHA 500, CPR/FA Instructor, etc.)

Overview
The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for receiving incoming training documents, accurate and efficient prepping, scanning, indexing and quality checking of documents.
Responsibilities
Upon receipt of document the Document Imaging & Administrative Support Specialist will need to ensure all documents contain required contents prior to indexing to appropriate database, then input electronic (scan paper to electronic) documents and index information into the document imaging system (PVault).
Critical thinking is necessary to prepare documents for scanning including identification of documents that may not contain the appropriate or correct information.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
